WARRANTY
We’re proud of the performance and quality of our ebikes and offer a 5 year Warranty on frame, 2 years on motor and 1 year Warranty on battery and all electric components.
We can offer finance and repayment options. Once approved you’re good to go and can pick up your brand new electric bike or we’ll deliver it to your door.

We sell and ship direct to you from our base here in Auckland and stand behind the bikes we sell with a 5 YEAR warranty on frame, 2 years on motor and 1 YEAR on battery and electrics.
Quality and safety are a priority for us and all our bikes are
EN 15194 Safety compliant and CE certified, are manufactured, assembled and quality checked prior to shipping in sturdy courier proof double wall cardboard boxes. We deal direct with our customers so our costs are kept to a minimum meaning these life changing one-of-a-kind bikes can be yours at a realistic price.
